Can you handle lake home and cabin work?
That is some of my favorite work. Dock and lift welds, cabin opening and closing punch lists, and the plumbing and electrical small stuff that seasonal places accumulate.
How does licensing work for plumbing and electrical in Minnesota?

Yes, and those weekends book first. Send the date and the punch list ahead of time so the truck arrives stocked for the whole list. Fall winterization slots go quickest of all.
